- View your Netcom Local Access Numbers here.
- Log into MindSpring's Account Management
- Select "Change Enable Global Roaming" and agree to the Service Agreement.
A US$0.10 per minute surcharge is added to your regular dialup account
charges for all calls using the Service. Calls are billed in 1 minute
increments, with a 1 minute minimum.

- Any use of the MindSpring Global roaming Service shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of the then-current Service Agreement (including any amendments, modifications or new conditions) as published and made available here.
